The homemade Chaoshou is very delicious. The simplest seasoning is just add a little soy sauce, lard, and sprinkle with chopped green onion in the Chaoshou bowl. I used sesame oil instead of lard, which has lower calories. However, I also add pepper oil, spicy pepper, salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, etc. to my seasoning. The red oil flavor is my favorite.

Red Oil Chao Shou

1. Wash the pork and cut into pieces; Put the pork and ginger slices into the broken wall cooking machine and beat them into pork fillings;
