Spicy and Spicy Dried Shreds Made with Chopsticks

Put vegetable oil in the pot and heat it for 50%.

Add shredded tofu and mix well with chopsticks.

The whole process is deep-fried until the tofu is golden brown. If you like to eat hard, you can fry it longer. Adjust the frying time according to your preference.

Tips:
1. The big pieces of tofu skin we bought are also called louver skins, which can be cut into shreds by the boss.
2. If you like to eat hard deep-fried, you can take longer, but don’t fry for too long or you won’t be able to bite.
3. If you like spicy, you can add more pepper, if you like hemp, you can add more pepper. Adjust according to personal preference.
4. Tofu shreds are easy to break. It is recommended to use chopsticks to mix when frying.
