Wontons with Spicy and Spicy Pork

Add an appropriate amount of water to the ordinary flour and mix it into a snowflake shape with chopsticks. Then make a dough with your hands and cover the noodles for 20 minutes

Chopped cabbage, mix thoroughly with pork puree, green onion, salt, thirteen spices, cooking wine, vegetable oil, water, light soy sauce

Take a piece of dough, roll it into thin slices, and cut out dough pieces. Put an appropriate amount of filling on the upper part of the dough, turn the dough over, wrap the filling, knead the edges

Boil water at the same time as the package, and put it in the pot after the water boils

Stir constantly, keep a low heat in the middle, or tap cold water twice along the side of the pot until it rises and cook for a while
